Rencenly I participated in a conference run by the largest student organization called AIESEC.Much of this unique experience is well worth sharing.

       AIESEC is originated from France.It has been expanding quickly for its successful running system.As far as I know,among all the student organizations,it has the maturest system of stimulation,appraisal and performance.Working in such an efficient society is really enjoyable.

       The fundamental principle they hold in their work is:work hard&party hard.That’s the power that inspired me most in this conference.Be all out when you are working,never ever forget any of these:punctuality,effeciency,responsibility,and at best,creativity.To maxmize the profit within the minmum time and concisest procedure,they call for the utmost devotion,even at the cost of exhuastion or pressure.But after a period of hard work,they will throw a spurring party or other recreations for all the members,which,of course is really relaxing.More importantly,this activities are extremly helpful to team bonding.By working hard&partying hard,one can develop his potential to the full extent to contribute to the society as well as enjoy himself.Striving for exellence,that’s the passion that hold all AIESECER on around the world.

       That’s what I’m in this org for,and that’s the reason that makes it popular and triumphant in all parts of the globe.
