In 1797, a young Georgian officer, Spiridon Zhevahov, took command of the Pavlograd Hussars and led them to impressive triumphs against Napoleon’s forces. The Hussars shocked the French by crushing the 3rd Lancers of the Young Guard, part of Napoleon’s personal guard. To add insult to injury, they also managed to capture the 3rd Lancers’ standard, a major blow to French prestige.

Historically, camel cavalry were often used to panic enemy horses. All horses, unless accustomed to camels, hate their smell and became uncontrollable when near them. Camels have proven to be extremely useful beasts throughout the world: the one-humped dromedaries are now largely domesticated, with only a few living wild in their original homelands. There are, however, estimated to be 300,000 wild camels in Australia, escapees from the herd brought in to act as transport in the desert interior. Historically, a shaturnal was a kind of swivel gun mounted on the back of a camel or an elephant. Rather than using the camel to simply transport the gun, the weapon was actually fired with the gun still attached to the animal. Because there was no need to dismount to use the weapon, it could be brought into action very quickly.

想必都有这样的经历——
在某论坛看到一篇很有趣的文章,或搞笑,或惊险,或曲折,或色情……引来大批围观。
最后发现——是篇枪稿。
文章总是在某处插进若干产品名称
文字高明者甚至让你看不出是枪稿
于是引发出了一个网站平台概念的遐想
文学植入广告联盟
嗯嗯,姑且先这么称呼吧
一个平台,类似广告联盟的操作
商家发布广告要求,要求可宽可严,包括关键字、情节、特色等等。还可选择投放媒体类型,是枪文一次性买断,还是植入式效果奖励,是网络阅读,还是线下发行。
作者来此领取广告内容,可以是普通枪文写手简单代工,也可以是出书大腕寻求植入式广告赞助。
其实和普通网络广告联盟的规律差不多,这样的广告联盟会是那些小作者们的生财之道和小企业的营销法宝。
举个例子,让起点的众多yy文制造者来这里,起点每日以亿计算的pv会拥有多大的广告价值呢?
也许那些日进斗金的大神们不会屈尊来此,但网络阅读领域的长尾市场已经足够撑起一个行业了。
假设按pv来计算回报,广告主可以根据文学网站的pv统计来给予作者相应报酬,书越热门,报酬越大。线下书籍则按发行量即可。
对很多作者来说,相对于起点给的一点点分成,或许这样的广告收入会更高。毕竟,在某个文章段落里安排进一个产品名称几乎不费吹灰之力,有钱赚,何乐而不为呢,上起点卖书的有多少不是为了赚钱呢?
而对企业来说,一部小说动辄十万百万级别的曝光率带来的品牌认知度也是常规广告媒体所达不到的,如果描写得当,也许比中央台黄金时段广告的效果都要好。
操作性上相对普通广告也许还更方便
纯文字性的东西,写出来就定死了,接下来只是看pv统计。
再完善点,做个专门的数据系统,作者登录系统,查看商家要求,选择关键字。成文后登记已完成的关键字数据(数量,地点),平台验证后定期结算。

qq直接在qq群加个招聘广告标签栏目,平时不影响用户体验,想看的可以看,不看的不影响。
弄个招聘网站供人发招聘信息,然后选择信息投放地点——qq群关键字竞价排名,让你的广告在相关q群展示~~~
就算不做应聘流程,光是发招聘信息,就应该很赚了

看到一条关于服刑犯出狱后再就业的消息,于是突发此想。

服刑犯是一个很大的群体,出狱后的再就业也是一个很大的问题。
如果有这么一个针对服刑犯再就业而做的人才招聘网站,是否有前途呢?

关键在于能否得到各地监狱配合,出于人道考虑和政绩、责任的因素,相信能得到一定的支持。比如所有的刑满释放犯人,监狱都会备案存档,将工作技能及服刑评价等上传到网站,供用人单位参考,这是一个人道主义的好事。如果网站做得细致一点,能够查到犯人此后的工作经历和状况,对监狱部门来说方便跟踪,对犯人来说利于表现自己重新做人的决心和实际成就,对一些企业来说,也是一种企业形象的公关手段,很多常规招聘网站希望做的”企业对员工的评价“往往做不起来,但在这个领域,可能企业就有这个动力去做。

劳改犯往往都是熟练工,牢头都是管理人才,从技术角度考虑都是人才。

用人单位对人品的担心,监狱出面证明能消减一部分,网站档案管理制度完善又能消减一部分,事实上比起现在浮躁的人心,出狱犯人的上进心和忠诚度还可能更高一些,对某些行业的企业来说,利大于弊。

如果能成为犯人,监狱(国家),企业之间的一道桥梁,未尝不能做大,至少会是一个很好的话题。

最近在策划一个具有sns社区属性的网站,其中设置了将用户兴趣转化为购买的内容
看到贴吧就想到,贴吧是很适合精准营销的地方,现在好像只看到个”百度精准广告“的banner
手段上未免太保守了,诉求又不直接,模式老套以至于吸引力低。
还不如平铺直叙,直接放个以贴吧名为关键字的有啊产品搜索结果链接,把流量转化到有啊不是更有意义么。
有啊才是贴吧的天生好搭档啊
而且这是另一个模式的搜索引擎,贴吧是搜索结果,有啊是广告主集群,在当中做个转接页面,做些针对性的特色服务啥的,以后又有机会搞竞价了哦~~会暗爽吧
反过来也可以把有啊的用户流量转到贴吧……
百度在自己的各项服务联动方面似乎不如腾讯~~值得挖掘的东西还是很多的

当对维基的某些友好性感到不满时,脑袋里突然蹦出个“微维基”的概念(“微基”太gay了……),琢磨着应该和阳春白雪的维基区隔开,也许会有切入点。
搜了一下中文,貌似还没有这个名词出现,有点窃喜,“老子又超越时代了!”
然后手贱又搜了一下microwiki……啊,铺天盖地……
果然洋人才注定是黑科技的拥有者啊~~

后来辞职后,有一段时间没上,偶然上了一次还发现貌似被gfw了,囧。
这两天新工作开始了,整理书签时发现网站又能上了。新的界面看起来还行,但感觉有点无所适从。我只关心it类文献,但混杂在科技类目下,懒得多翻列表逐一搜寻,所以看了几篇排在首页的文章也就不看了。加上数量一多,良莠不齐,感觉实在是有点为“译言”担心。看看每篇文章的浏览量,貌似也不多。我相信我错过了很多以前的旧闻,但缺乏一个渠道,以至于我没有动力去看旧闻。这对此类专业性较强的资讯新闻网站来说,似乎不是什么好事。
所以我想,能否提供这样一个功能。即对用户的阅读习惯做整理归纳。将同一用户若干时间内所浏览的文章做关联度整理,自动为用户列出“我可能感兴趣的文章”,标签集合或文章类别。这样用户上线后,除了看每日新闻外,简单的点击下就能快速浏览其它的自己感兴趣的文章集合。
相比网站所固定的死板的文章分类,这种由用户习惯分析得来的分类应该会增加网站的黏性。

最近休息够了,准备找工作,网上几个人才网站投了投简历。
于是,噩梦又开始了……一天七八个电话
“哪里?”
“我是就业中心……”“我是招聘企业……”“你有工作了么……?”……
“……你tm保险公司的吧”
“……恩恩”
“不好意思,没兴趣!”“怎么又打来了!不感兴趣!”“……滚!”
……
again and again
……
几年来我已经在手机里存了不下30个叫“保险”的号码了,她大爷的,最近她们都改用手机了,我是存不胜存啊……
如此扰民,日复一日,年复一年,却没人管……
好吧,职业习惯,愤怒之余,分析一下。
我相信这是一个常见的现象,这就产生了用户需求不是吗?
怎么满足用户需求,提升用户体验呢?
保险公司那方面肯定是没辙的,要他们痛改前非是不现实滴……狗改不了吃屎啊
执法机构方面,貌似也没有这方面的法规,咱们也懒得去击鼓鸣冤……鸣了也没用啊,官匪勾结着呢
只有网站方面了,联系方式肯定是隐藏不了的,保险公司有账号权限可看。毕竟人家付钱的是大爷,伺候大爷那是咱们网站的天职。
那么,有良心的人才网站主们,对于这个让广大人才用户的附加用户体验极其不爽的现状,我给出一个建议。
我们不能完全杜绝这个问题,但是,请针对这个问题,给用户一个较满意的选择。如果做到这一点,未尝不是网站一个独特的卖点。
我的建议:专为此设立一个选项或是补充资料。
例如专门的简历选项:“本人对保险企业毫无兴趣,特此申明!请勿骚扰!”,方便保险公司自动筛选,双赢啊。
或者,保险公司一般都是取手机号码,如果能在手机号码填写处提供备注选项填写,让那些保险业务员们直接看到“本人绝不接受保险招聘电话,打给我的都是猪!”的坚定表白,那么想必他们也不会再执意打来确认一下身份吧?
嗯,我们不能阻止保险公司找到我们的简历,但是我们希望能有一个机会,让保险公司在打电话之前先得到我们的答复。相信一定程度上能解决这个问题的危害吧。
当然,本办法仍然一定程度上取决于保险公司的智商程度,如果他们看到如此醒目的提醒还是矢志不渝,一打为快,那么……我投降了
但对做网站的来说,能提升用户体验,急用户所急的内容总是值得考虑的。反正这么搞搞也惠而不费嘛……

他们不是推销保险啊,是要骗你去做他们的保险推销业务员,做他们的免费劳力~~~当然了,会相信他们那套而加入的,也有很大可能买个几份的……
说白了,都是传销那套,害人呢

好吧,很暴力很无耻……
但根据我的经验,他们只会打给最新登陆网站的那些人,这个也能批量购买么?应该也是有人工来选择的吧
不过就算不能实际解决问题,对网站来说,针对这个很常见很实际的现象做出一些看起来很为用户切身利益着想的改进,总是一件提升用户体验的好事。
而且如果提供了意愿筛选的选项,对保险公司来说其实也是有好处的,可以更有效率地打骚扰电话,至少电话费可以浪费得更有效率……
