.Text的作者Scott Watermasysk于19日(中国的20日)已在其网志中说明增加“rel=”nofollow””的方法,且声明了他对此事的态度( I seriously doubt this will stop spammers, but anything we can do to make not worth the effort the better off we are ),不知道咱们这里是否会实施?

昨天打车回家时,出租司机跟我唠叨一件事。说在收音机里听到一个事儿,一辆出租车在医院载上了一个残疾人,残疾人的轮椅车无处放,只好放后背箱。因为轮椅车的宽度较大,后背箱的盖子不能合上,就用根绳子拉上。

谁知在行驶的时候被警察逮得了,要处罚。出租司机觉得很冤,残疾人也帮着求情。后来不知怎的惊动了记者。记者采访了交通局的某官,某官酷酷地说(原话不详):新交通法上有,后背箱不能敞着,必须盖严,否则就违法了。这是法律,不是规定。法律就是要严格遵守的,哪里有什么人情可言?

记者无言以对,因为法律就是这么规定的。

跟我唠叨的出租司机说,一天挣不了几个钱,受不了罚。幸亏听了这个广播,大家都知道不能去揽这种活儿。有一次在医院门口真碰上了,赶紧说有急事儿,飞快溜走了。但他说心里很不是滋味儿,非常对不起人家。

我也无话可说,我估计大家都无话可说,因为法律就是这么规定的。

可是有一件事还是没有解决:坐着轮椅车的残疾人生病看病,或者在路上抛锚了。如果打出租车,就得把轮椅车放弃,可下了车还得用它啊,到哪去找?买也来不及,也浪费钱,老百姓那有那么多闲钱?谁来承担这个损失?如果不打出租,那么坐公共汽车?(残疾人好挤吗?)打黑面的?打货车?

从心里的印象来看,立法者及执法者家里都有车,估计上医院什么的都用不着带着轮椅车。可广大的普通老百姓就不一样了。不知道他们有没有为老百姓想到这些。

从这些执法者的话里真不知道法律是用来干什么的?到底是用来为人服务的还是用来奴役人的?到底是法律为人服务还是人为法律服务。

是啊,无穷多的人先是做强盗小偷,干些偷鸡摸狗、杀人越货的勾当,然后找个机会“金盆洗手”,变脸成员外、庄主。

在中国,这样的故事和真事太多了。世界史不通,可能其他地方也一样吧(知道的一点是:老外更认“强权就是真理”及“”)。

渴望金钱和成功,会驱使人这么干的,所以我想扭转局势的方法只能是司法严格公正、新闻自由,否则会源源不断有公仆被腐蚀、风气被败坏的事情发生。

不过,单从商业上说,一个企业的形象也是比较重要的,如果形象坏掉了,就自然会失去客户。失去了客户,也就到了死亡的时候。所以需要新闻自由。另外,增大教育投资、擦亮一代又一代人民大众的眼睛,让诸如此类肮脏龌龊的东西欺蒙不了大众的心。

看来微软想等大家交完钱后才会把实在不想交钱的免费帐号升级为250MB,在GMail的潮流中还不着急跟进,真是大牌!原来说的9月份升级看来是没有希望了。微软也真是的,这个钱也不放过。

在GOOGLE上查找“GMail”时,无意中发现有一个 http://www.gmail.cn ,于是也申请了一个帐号。没看到该邮件系统的邮箱大小,似乎遮遮掩掩的。

这世界,喜欢趟浑水的人还不少。
