I like to see a job done quickly, and I am critical if it isn't.

One of my problem is that I’m a perfectionist. I hope I can finish all my job well. I would work more vacillatingly and cagily. Sometime it would influence my decision- making. But maybe it would also be my advantage. It help me work more prudently and carefully.
