没有法制的社会是很可怕的，刚刚看了一个1969年国庆阅兵的视频。在那段资料的解说词中，登上天安门城楼的人中报了10几个人的姓名，除了周恩来和叶剑英，剩下的今天都是“坏人”了。
但司法不独立，立法无程序的社会也好不到哪去。这几天，群众斗群众的热门议题是能不能吃狗肉和猫肉。原因好像是听说要立个禁止吃狗肉和猫肉的法。
这件事还真是有点纠结。据说，狗和猫都是人类驯化的产物。在老老年间，狗和猫都是生产资料，一个辅助打猎、一个帮人抓老鼠。后来， 生产力发达了，狗和猫因为智商和身材，摇身一变成了宠物。相对而言，猪、羊、马、牛就差点，只能一直处于生产资料的地位，要不然去耕地、要不然去贡献肉和奶。
其实，讨论什么能吃什么不能吃，意义真的不大，更上升不到法律的地步。
以马举例，因为赌博，好像有一个什么香港皇家赛马会。我就不去奢望有个什么会员资格了，因为我很清醒，荣家养的几匹名种好马，伙食费比我都高，尽管它还不吃肉。当然，更多也叫马的东西出卖的只是苦力。最近看了一篇文章，由于山区水电建设、山区通讯基站建设，建筑材料运到建筑基地的“最后一公里”，在国外，靠的是直升机、在国内，靠的是传统的马帮。不惜把马背上的皮毛磨破，就更别提赶马的拿多少钱，是否有拖欠工钱的事发生。
类似道理，人们养的产奶的牛，其牛肉就卖不出价钱。因为人们专门养吃肉的牛，我不是没吃过牛肉，但是，没吃过所谓天价菜单上的什么神户牛肉。
这个世界上，要尊重有人吃猫吃狗的权利，也要尊重有人反对吃猫吃狗的权利，尤其是朝鲜族，狗肉似乎是一种重要食材。
这个世界上，要先解决人吃人的问题，其次，才轮到猫狗猪牛羊马的PK。我没鲁迅那么牛逼，我也没鲁迅那么刻薄，但我知道，我们还没有解决人吃人的问题。所以，吃不吃猫狗这个问题，可以缓行。

是政府向国外的一些团体哈腰吧，他们指责中国人吃狗肉，国内P民的意见向来不受重视，国内的法律也基本是个笑话。那些人吃着大鱼大肉却非议自己不参与的事情，印度人不吃牛，回族人不吃猪肉，或者还有其他人不吃其他的肉，那么我们是不是立个法禁止呢？就算是一个完全素食主义者，难道植物就没有生命？我从没怀疑一些人的善心，只是这个世界本来就应该互相尊重，不要把自己的价值观强加给别人。
