这几天中国IT界闹得最沸沸扬扬的事情就是Dell和联想的风波了，也有人把这个事情上升到“事件”，然后全国上下，媒体网民，群起而攻之，事情提高到民族的角度上来探讨，那就免不了激情的攻击和无理性的谩骂。
这不，陈年老新闻都翻出来了。顺便说一下，这里面的那个链接，很搞笑，sohu明明有sogou的，但是这里用的居然是google，自己的品牌意识也太差了吧。其实用sogou搜搜，结果比google的还多呢。而且也不乏相关新闻。
接茬说这个Dell的推销员的Email 。叫人诟病，落下话柄的应该是这一段了：
我只是从IBM未来的前景来看，并不是攻击竞争对手。大家都知道，联想是一家中国政府控制的企业，最近刚刚收购IBM的台式机和笔记本电脑业务。尽管美国政府已经批准了联想IBM交易（认定这一交易不会威胁美国国家安全），但大家必须明白一点，人们为IBM产品所花的每一块美元，都将直接支持或资助中国政府。您好好考虑一下吧。
其实，这样的事情就在不久前，就在当前的每一个论坛上，总有人叽叽喳喳的不停的发布着类似的帖子。我相信下面这一段话大家肯定都很熟悉，很多朋友也很不情愿的被它骚扰了无数遍：
每买一百元日货就会给日本政府送去5元钱，
让日自卫队多造10颗子弹，多印8页反华教科书。
如果你买日本汽车，将来开上中国街头的日本坦克就是你造的，
如果你买日本橱具，将来射穿你儿子头颅的子弹就是你造的，
如果你买日本电视音响,将来就会在战地喇叭中听到中国人被杀的哀鸣!
我觉得都不需要我再多说什么，我们实在觉得我们对于Dell的这封邮件的大批特批太不聪明。把这个事件上升到民族的立场上来，跟我们自己的愤青们比较起来，我觉得美国人做的还不够。他还没说买了联想的电脑，将来恐怖分子做的遥控炸弹就是他们支持的……
而从在商言商的角度来开，既然这个事件吵开了，总不是什么很光彩的事情。但是，各位如果做过柜台的销售，或者至少总去过海龙买过什么东西的吧，在你咨询一个产品的时候，难道就没有听到过销售人员在损隔壁竞争对手的言论么？这个跟国家无关，跟民族无关，推销AMD的骂Intel的贵，Samsung的说Hyundai的差，Sony和Toshiba也互不谦让，松下叫板“夏普不行”……对于一个销售人员来说，世间的品牌只有他销售的和不是他销售的两种而已。
拜托各位媒体行业的大叔大婶，大哥大姐，老弟老妹，抢新闻是好的，力图吸引眼球也是好的，但是眼球有毒啊！
更何况，这边论坛上漫无边际的转载着，那边对Dell又毫不留情的批驳着……搬起石头砸自己的脚的事情，徒让人耻笑而已。
事实上，我认为Dell这次的公关处理很正确：
