- Knowing how the facts were obtained is more important than knowing the facts themselves. 5W:Who did what,when and where,why
- Knowing what's unknown is as imprtant than knowing what's knowing
- Knowing how to present the facts is more important than knowing the facts
- Knowing how to find the facts is more important than knowing the facts
- Knowing how to educate yourself is more important than finding someone to educate you
