其人：
PhD candidate at Said Business School, University of Oxford. Prior to oxford, I worked as auditor, business entrepreneur and researcher in organizational behavior and I/O psychology. My research interests are institutional innovation, venture philanthropy, and social entrepreneurship. Besides the academic pursuit, I have been introducing Chinese NPO to the global field of social enterprise, as well as channeling growth capital and capacity assistance to social enterprise and socially-driven business in China.
