I was listening to this radio program and the host was talking about how to make a day enjoyable without feeling stressful or tired. We are supposed to wake up as the alarm clock sounds off, and the alarm clock should have gentle and accelerating sounds instead of shrieking, deafening ones. Think about what you are grateful for. Map out the highlight of your day in your mind. Sounds really cool, um?
