便利店停止代收电话费 市民缴付费遭遇不便利
Convenience stores stop collecting telephone bills - residents find it inconvenient
从近期晚报热线接到的投诉看,市民对便利店代收费的不满,较多集中在服务态度上:有的对收费限定了时段,有的对缴费市民冷眼相对。
The recent complaints received by online.sh.cn suggest some residents are not very happy with the service (collecting telephone bills for telecommunications) of some convenience stores. Mainly it is about the cashier's working ethic and their attitudes toward the customers. Many convenience stores put a time limit on when they collect the bills and some are not very enthusiastic about it and clearly show indifference.
