Polite is just a living attitude, it's quite different from working, you could always be polite, you can, but never expect that polite could give you help for your work. work is decided by you thoughts and the procedure.
Is it right? should we divide the 'work' and 'life' ? many times we considered work as one part of life, but work is quite different from anything else, you depend on working to feed your families and youself, so you must be only a working guy when working for the boss pay for it and the boss employ you for working, for sloving problems, for....polite itself is NOT useful for working.
Is it right? maybe not.
