You must be a politician, or we can say, statesman first, because if you want to persuade others, you must be familiar with the skills of statesmen, especially in managing areas, for there are too many managing ways and methods, you can not say: this one is right and that is false, many times, when we discuss manament, we discuss principles.
If you want to be an expert, you must focus on another important thing:
if you really need to be a politician always? somebody said that the life is too short and ephemeral, you needn't waste time in trifles, just get rid of them., but as my opinions, we can not always throw them away, for we need the practice to be an experts, you will not always have chance.
