江湖上的事真是变幻莫测，李连杰似乎看得很明白，“所有事发生都不必大惊小怪，而是必然的。你很忙就会不忙，很红很红以后就会不红了，不可能永远停留在某一个阶段。就目前而言，只要我还能做就努力做，不要到50岁时才后悔的说，哎呀，在30岁时我能做为什么不做呢？”

至于将来，李连杰说：“我现在告诉你我要做什么，可是3年以后，我可能会改变，因为周围环境改变了，所以我也会改变。一生不变的只有一点，我永远是一个传统的中国人。”已扬名国际影坛的李连杰这样说。
